At Dune & Bloom LLC, we provide luxury outdoor picnics, floral artistry, and boutique event rentals throughout the greater Los Angeles area. By purchasing an event through our website, you are submitting a booking request and securing your place in our design and planning process. Online payment alone does not constitute a confirmed event reservation. Within 1–3 business days, a member of the Dune & Bloom team will contact you to review your event details, confirm the selected date, time, and location, discuss your design preferences, color palette, and styling options, review any upgrades, add-ons, or custom requests, and verify venue requirements and event logistics. Once these details have been finalized, you will receive our Event Agreement for your review and signature. Your reservation is considered officially confirmed only after the Event Agreement has been signed by all required parties, any required payments have been successfully processed, and Dune & Bloom has provided written confirmation of your booking. If we are unable to accommodate your requested date, location, or event requirements, we will notify you promptly and offer either an alternative date or solution, or a full refund of any payments made.

Coastal dining and sandy terrains are subject to unpredictable Pacific marine layers, high winds, and tidal cycles. We monitor ocean forecast charts closely. In case of inclement weather, heavy rain, or high-surf safety advisories from lifeguards, you may reserves the right to convert any outdoor layout to an indoor private setup or reschedule your event. No cash refunds are granted for weather disruptions, but we offer full credit transfers for up to twelve (12) months.

All event furniture including our low picnic tables, vintage goblets, curated plates, hand-woven rugs, and plush cushions are the property of Dune & Bloom LLC. The reserving client assumes 100% stewardship of all pieces during the active duration of the booking. Any items lost, chipped or stained permanently, will be billed at standard item replacement rates.

To guarantee pristine preparations, our organic florals and fresh botanical structures are ordered days in advance. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled setup time. Cancellations made within the 72-hour window will forfeit the full balance to cover fresh bloom orders and specialized courier labor.

Dune & All beach events are designed in accordance with applicable local shoreline regulations. Clients agree to comply with all posted beach rules and any instructions issued by local authorities. Dune & Bloom reserves the right to modify event layouts or equipment as necessary to meet municipal requirements and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all.
