Shaded Food & Beverage Station [ADD-ON]

Create a beautifully styled space for guests to gather, snack, and refresh with our Shaded Food & Beverage Station. This dedicated serving area is set beneath a canopy or umbrella (weather permitting) to help keep food and beverages protected from direct sunlight while seamlessly complementing the overall design of your event.

Our team will professionally style the station using wooden serving trays, elegant glass beverage dispensers, and coordinating serving accessories, carefully arranging your food and beverages to create an inviting, functional, and visually stunning display for your guests.

Includes:

• Canopy or umbrella for shade (weather permitting)
• Serving table
• Wooden serving trays
• Two glass beverage dispensers
• Ice bucket with ice scoop
• Beverage stand and serving accessories
• Professional food and beverage arrangement and styling
• Coordination of the food and beverage display with your picnic design

Please Note:
Food and beverages are not included with this add-on. The client is responsible for providing all food, beverages, ice and garnishes, and must arrive at the event location one (1) hour prior to the scheduled picnic start time so our team can arrange and style the station before guests arrive. For food safety reasons, Dune & Bloom does not prepare, cook, or serve food or beverages and is not responsible for their quality or handling prior to delivery.

All décor, furniture, tableware, games, activities, accessories, and rental items provided by Dune & Bloom remain the property of Dune & Bloom and are available for use only during the reserved event time. Our team will collect all rental items during the scheduled event breakdown. Guests are kindly asked to treat all items with care throughout the event. The client is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
